These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of myalphamed.com and the transportation services provided by AlphaMed ("we," "us"). By using our website or scheduling a ride, you agree to these Terms.
1. Not an emergency service
AlphaMed provides non-emergency medical transportation only. If you are having a medical emergency, call 911. Our drivers are not medical providers and do not provide medical care during transport.
2. Scheduling rides
- Please request rides as far in advance as possible. Same-day rides are available when scheduling allows.
- A ride request submitted through our website, by phone, or by text is not confirmed until we confirm it with you.
- You agree to give us accurate information, including pickup and destination addresses, appointment times, and any mobility or assistance needs.
- Trips covered by Health First Colorado (Medicaid) or other payers are subject to eligibility and authorization rules set by those programs.
3. Rider responsibilities
- Be ready at the scheduled pickup time. Drivers can wait only a limited time before the trip may be treated as a no-show.
- Riders who need assistance must arrange for an attendant or escort when required.
- Mobility devices must be in safe working condition. Riders must use seatbelts and allow devices to be properly secured.
- Service animals are welcome.
We may refuse or end a ride if a rider's behavior threatens the safety of the driver, other passengers, or the rider. This includes violent or abusive conduct, carrying weapons, or using illegal substances in the vehicle.
4. Cancellations and no-shows
Please cancel as early as possible if you no longer need a ride. Private-pay riders who cancel late or do not show may be charged a cancellation fee, which we will disclose when you book. Cancellation rules for Medicaid and other covered trips follow the paying program's policies.
5. Rates and payment
Private-pay rates are quoted when you book. Payment is due at or before the time of service unless we agree otherwise in writing. Payments may be processed by a third-party payment processor. For covered trips, we bill the paying program directly.
6. Delays
We make every effort to arrive on time. Traffic, weather, road conditions, and other events outside our control can cause delays. We are not responsible for missed appointments or related costs caused by delays beyond our reasonable control.
7. Text messages and calls
By providing your phone number, you agree to receive calls and text messages about your bookings and transportation. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for more information. Calls may be recorded for training and quality assurance purposes. See our Privacy Policy for details.
8. Using our website
You may use our website for lawful purposes only. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site, interfere with its operation, or use it to submit false or misleading information.
All content on the website, including text, logos, images, and design, belongs to AlphaMed or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without our written permission.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in El Paso County, Colorado.
